Eventually i did ctrl alt delete and ended the program. Aafter ending the program, the graphics configuration box for MW4 appears and i set everything and clikced continue, but noithing happened.

I found that the program wasn't responding. Of course I have updated my drives and have the latest version of dx. Ppsspp 7 sins anime. Looks like it should work with 2000. Your system is lacking in all other areas though. You really need at least a 64mb Radeon or gf4 card to run this game with an acceptable frame rate. What partition is this game installed on?
