In Adobe Media Encoder's Export Settings dialog, under the Video tab, the Depth tab controls both color bit depth and alpha channel of the output. The options for Depth will vary based on the specific codec and its capabilities. You will need to do a little bit of math to decode the options.

For example, ProRes 422 has two options: 24-bit and 48-bit. If you address the OP’s question of whether the software in question can encode to Apple’s ProRes 422 codec, then you may re-post the link. Dorde said Looks nice Looks like a waste of money to me. All it does is it opens up a ffmpeg window that performs a reencode. It does not allow you to render to prores, it only allows you to convert it to prores after the render. I would say it saves you no time at all, as setting up that plugin takes as long as starting up ffmpeg (maybe with a GUI like AnotherGUI) and convert it on your own.
