Most of the software we have tested seems to work fine, although some of our older software is having issues. One in particular is ProDesktop 2000i2.

The programme we have been using was called Pro Desktop 2000i2. Digital Task: Innovation 1. CAD was used in the research and development of engineering 2. We don't have the budget to upgrade sadly so we are stuck with it. Although I've seen various posts online saying people are having a couple of issues actually running the program (and various responses about fixing the issues) I've yet to see any posts regarding actually installing the program. Whenever we try to install the program onto a windows 7 machine we get the 'Checking OS, Checking Windows Installer, Configuring Windows Installer.'

Set up screen and then nothing, the actual program install never starts. Has anyone else come across this issue and is there a work around for it?
