Miss Blue Revue is a comp reh ensi ve ment orin g prog ram, focu sing on eti quet te, commun ity servi ce, and colleg e prep arat ion. The goal of the R.O.Y.A.L. Miss Blue Revu e program is to provide young ladies the opportunity to be involved in educational and personal growth activities that can open doors for them as they transition into womanhood. The program is open to young women who are sophomores/juniors in high school during the 2011-2012 school years, who attend high scho ol in Dela ware.
